Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Sutton, South London Contract Type: Full-Time / Long-Term (with potential for permanent placement) Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible About the Role: Protocol Education is looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in a Sutton-based school. The role involves helping pupils achieve their academic and social potential while fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Supporting pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. Assisting teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and classroom activities. Providing one-to-one or small group support as required. Encouraging inclusion and promoting positive behaviour. Helping with lesson preparation and maintaining a supportive classroom environment. Requirements: Previous experience supporting children with SEN is preferred. Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid Right to Work in the UK.
