A rapidly scaling fintech company on a mission to help people feel confident and in control of their finances is seeking a B2C Marketing Manager. Their goal is to empower individuals to achieve life milestones faster through expert financial guidance, smart goal-planning tools, and tailored financial products. Already trusted by major employers such as the NHS, the company is now entering an exciting phase of growth, expanding its reach and looking for a marketing professional to lead the charge in customer acquisition.


This role is perfect for a hands-on, generalist marketer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and loves building things from the ground up. Currently, the company’s B2C marketing presence is limited—primarily email campaigns driving conversions for a single product. The incoming B2C Marketing Manager will have the autonomy and budget to create a comprehensive acquisition strategy, experimenting across multiple channels including paid social, Google Ads, content marketing, partnerships, and direct mail.


The position offers a unique opportunity to shape the company’s B2C growth strategy end-to-end. From ideation and campaign creation to execution and optimisation, this role is about testing, learning, and scaling what works to drive sign-ups and engagement among employee audiences.


In this role, the B2C Marketing Manager will:

* Own the customer acquisition funnel: Develop and execute a holistic B2C acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and emerging channels.
* Lead multi-channel campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across the marketing mix, balancing short-term acquisition goals with long-term growth objectives.
* Drive test-and-learn initiatives: Design experiments to quickly identify effective tactics, iterating campaigns based on performance data to scale acquisition efficiently.
* Craft compelling copy: Write persuasive messaging tailored for diverse employee audiences, ensuring consistent brand voice across ads, landing pages, emails, and other touchpoints.
* Optimise the funnel: Continuously improve conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey, using insights from analytics and customer data.
* Project management: Coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously, collaborating with design, product, and data teams while maintaining ownership of deliverables.


The ideal candidate will be:

* A generalist marketer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience across multiple acquisition channels.
* Confident in managing paid search, paid social, content, and other customer acquisition tactics.
* A strong copywriter capable of creating engaging messaging that converts.
* Comfortable working independently with high agency, while also collaborating across teams to achieve results.
* Data-informed, using analytics to guide strategy, campaign design, and optimisation.
* A “startup junkie” with a growth mindset, eager to experiment, pivot quickly, and roll up their sleeves to get things done.
