We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives with a valid Counterbalance (CB) / MHE licence to join a busy warehouse operation in Northampton. This role involves operating machinery as well as supporting general warehouse duties, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Counterbalance (CB) forklift trucks safely and efficiently Carry out general warehouse duties as required Load and unload goods from vehicles Move and store stock within the warehouse Assist with picking, packing, and dispatch activities Maintain a clean and safe working environment Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
Valid and accredited MHE/Counterbalance licence (e.g., RTITB or ITSSAR) Proven experience operating CB/MHE equipment Willingness to perform a variety of warehouse tasks Ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting Strong work ethic and reliability
