What the Job Involves This role involves leading the processing and management of the most substantial and intricate planning applications received by the Local Planning Authority (LPA). You will be responsible for pre-application submissions, as well as screening and scoping opinion requests. Working in collaboration with team leaders and service managers, you will manage a caseload of complex planning submissions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
