We have an exciting opportunity to join our Governance and Executive Team, providing professional and efficient support to our Chief Executive, Executive Directors, Board, and Committees. This role, along with the wider team, is critical to the successful running of the business, ensuring good governance and effective support for our Vico Executive Team.
What you’ll be doing
The successful applicant will support the Vico Executive Team and work closely with at least one Executive Director, managing their schedule, following up on issues, and preparing for meetings. You will act as quality control by reviewing and challenging information to ensure it meets corporate standards and is of the highest quality. You will also manage committee and corporate-level meetings from start to finish, including preparing agendas, documents, minutes, and action lists. Meeting deadlines and staying highly organized with strong communication skills are essential.
What we’re looking for
* A Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
* Significant experience in administrative roles within similar environments.
* Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including influencing and negotiating with senior managers and directors.
* A positive, proactive, and professional attitude, especially under pressure.
* Excellent quality assurance skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in ICT and digital working tools.
