We are seeking an experienced HR Change Manager to lead and support key areas of this programme, ensuring that people are supported, risks are managed, and business-as-usual services remain stable throughout periods of change. This is a high-impact role ideal for a confident leader with strong HR, organisational design and change management expertise. Key Responsibilities: Support Heads of Function with finalising the design and sequencing of departmental restructures. Coordinate and manage activities across the change team to ensure effective delivery. Lead detailed role design and workforce planning for new and revised posts aligned to system and process changes.
