We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Night Team Leader to support our courier operation in Aylesham. You'll oversee night‑shift staff, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure parcels are processed accurately and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support operatives to meet shift targets.
* Manage parcel intake, scanning, routing, and loading.
* Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
* Maintain accuracy and parcel integrity.
* Complete handovers and upscale operational issues.
Requirements
* Background in warehouse, logistics, or courier operations.
* Proven team leader or supervisory experience.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment.
* Comfortable with manual handling and basic IT systems.
