We’re looking for a part timeLearning and Development administratorto join our team. This is an important role based at our Head Office in Cirencester which supports the delivery of training to all teams within our organisation, ensuring our young people receive the highest level of care.
What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinating schedules, venues and materials for the training calendar.
* Maintaining accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and feedback.
* Generating reports on training effectiveness and employee development progress.
* Tracking course engagement, progress, enrolments and completions.
* Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding learning and development enquiries.
* Communicating upcoming training opportunities to employees and departments, encouraging employees undertake additional training.
* Assist the Learning and Development Manager in evaluating training programs through surveys and assessments.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
* As well as other exciting administrative tasks.
What you’ll bring to this role:
* Knowledge or Learning and Development or the Care Sector.
* Excellent administrative, planning and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
* Experience of using different systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM platforms, data systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* An energetic approach to Learning and Development with a passion for promoting work-based learning across the business.
* The ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, as the business continues to grow and evolve.
* A solution focussed mindset, actively seeking out opportunities to improve and grow.
