Purpose of role
The purpose of the job is to manage the International Power (IP+ subsidiaries) accounting team. The role involves the management andcontrol of the accounting, reporting, treasury and daily operations of International Power Ltd. (IP+ subsidiaries) and to manage the development of the Corporate Finance team.
This is a hybrid role ideally assigned to our Newcastle office, where the successful candidate would be based two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage and develop the IP accounting team in the delivery of high-quality accounting services so that the reported results are robust and reliable;
2. Responsible for reporting of approximately 40 corporate holding entities;
