Overview
As a Field Service Engineer, you will immerse yourself in a diverse array of tasks, expertly navigating our extensive lineup of products—from agile pallet trucks to robust counterbalance machines, and cutting‑edge very narrow aisle (VNA) trucks to innovative automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues on site, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and essential check‑ups to keep the fleet running smoothly.
* Travel to various customer locations, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support.
* Utilize the latest technology for accurate record keeping and order placement.
* Work autonomously while collaborating within a team environment.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience as a vehicle technician, mechanical engineer, forklift technician, plant fitter or similar role.
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable, though not essential.
* Full UK driving licence required.
* Comfortable using IT equipment and maintaining accurate records.
* Autonomous work style with strong teamwork capabilities.
