What you’llbring with youExtensiveexperience specialising in Major Orthopaedic Scrub, with a focus oncomplex Lower Limb procedures, particularly Hips andKnees. KeyResponsibilities: Expertlyperform Major Orthopaedic Scrub procedures, demonstratingproficiency in advanced techniques for Lower Limb surgeries (Hipsand Knees). Deliver comprehensive andindividualised perioperative care, ensuring optimal patientoutcomes during orthopaedicinterventions.Collaborate seamlessly withmultidisciplinary surgical teams to enhance the efficiency andeffectiveness of operating room processes, fostering a culture ofteamwork and excellence. Rigorousadherence to clinical standards and protocols, activelycontributing to quality assurance and safety measures within thesurgical environment. Serve as a subjectmatter expert in both spinal and orthopaedic cases, providingmentorship and guidance to junior staff and enhancing overall teamknowledge and skills.Surgical scrub experiencewithin orthopaedics including but not limited to hip arthroplasty,knee arthroplasty and anterior cruciateligamentsSurgical First Assist Qualification(SFA) would be desirable, but notessentialProven ability to work effectively ina team environment as well asindependentlyFlexible and positiveattitudeA warm, considerate and empatheticcharacterBenefits
