Why you?


· Leadership: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

· Customer Service: A passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

· Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to handle various situations calmly and effectively, resolving issues as they arise.

· Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.


The Role:


· Team Management: Lead and manage the front desk team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

· Guest Service: Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Reservation Management: Oversee reservation procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes.

· Financial Management: Monitor front desk operations, including cash handling, billing, and payment processing, to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.

· Reporting: Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other front desk metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.


Please note: Rezlynx experience is a must for this role.
