Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £12.48 per hour
Shift: Rotating on the same pattern (Mon-Friday 06:00 to 14:30, 13:30 to 22:00, week about and on Friday the PM team start at 12:30 an finish 21:00hrs)
Experience: 12 months
Duties Include
Monitor and manage stock levels across warehouses or retail locations.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements including receipts, transfers, and returns.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system data.
Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings to management.
Support the implementation and enforcement of stock control procedures.
Coordinate with the distribution centre team, and other departments to ensure stock availability aligns with operational needs.
Generate regular stock reports and provide data analysis to assist with forecasting and planning.
Ensure stock data is accurately entered and updated in the inventory management systems.
Assist in reducing stock loss, damage, or obsolescence through proactive monitoring.
Support the implementation of new inventory management procedures or systems.
Uphold companys standards of Excellence in accuracy, organisation, and communication.
Provide clear and effective support to both internal and external customers, addressing their needs and responding promptly.

What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in stock control, inventory administration, or a similar role.
Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills related to stock discrepancies and operational inefficiencies.
Familiarity with warehousing procedures and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Communication: the ability to convey information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Microsoft 365 experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
