Working hours: 38.75 hours per week. Monday 10:00–18:15; Tuesday 10:00–18:15; Wednesday 12:45–21:00; Friday 12:45–21:00; Saturday 10:00–18:15. Flexible working options are available.
As a Sales Manager you lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service, achieve performance targets, and develop in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
* Support the store management team across all product areas, back of house and run the store when needed.
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
