Carry out intervention tasks to support students lacking confidence Support student participation, behaviour, and engagement Promote the inclusion of all pupils in learning activities to ensure equal and fair learning opportunities.What we look for in a Secondary Higher Level Teaching Assistant Hold HLTA status or have extensive previous teaching assistance experience Be capable of preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals, smalls groups or the class as a whole.
