Lead Product Manager - Sheffield - Hybrid (4 days a week) - up to £60k - Permanent
Our client
An innovative technology business is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of its mobile, app, and web-based safety solutions.
You'll manage the full product lifecycle, shape the roadmap, and work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading products. This role offers the chance to make a real impact, working on products that change lives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the full product lifecycle from idea to launch and ongoing optimisation.
2. Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning features with customer and business needs.
3. Work with developers, testers, and stakeholders to create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
4. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth product launches.
5. Monitor product performance using analytics, driving data-led improvements.
6. Partner with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers to manage successful delivery.
7. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure accurate positioning and documentation.
What We're Looking For
8. 5 years' experience managing the full product lifecycle.
9. Background in B2B product environments - SaaS, mobile apps, or digital platforms.
10. Experience with wireless tech, embedded electronics, or SaaS platforms is desirable.
11. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
12. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar backlog management tools.
13. Experience in working on hardware products.
14. Clean driving licence and flexibility to travel occasionally.
