What You'll Be Doing: Supporting pupils in the classroom, one-to-one or in small groups Helping children develop key skills in reading, writing, and maths Encouraging positive behaviour and social development Assisting with creative learning activities, resources, and classroom displays Supervising pupils during breaktimes and lunchtimes Providing day-to-day support with classroom tasks and pupil wellbeing ✅ What We're Looking For: Essential: A genuine enthusiasm for working with children A positive, caring attitude and excellent teamwork skills Good basic literacy and numeracy (GCSEs or equivalent) Willingness to learn, full training will be provided via Teaching Personnel Desirable: Previous experience working with children (nursery, youth work, etc.) An understanding of safeguarding and child protection If you're reliable, motivated, and ready to start a meaningful role in education, we’d love to welcome you to our school family in Waterloo.
