The Role
Lead key design initiatives across the platform, own end-to-end design, simplify complex systems, and help deliver intuitive, elegant experiences at speed.
* Lead the design of major product features, from concept to polished UI/UX
* Build and evolve scalable design systems, components, and patterns in Figma
* Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership in a fast-moving team
* Raise the bar on design craft, user experience, and async collaboration
Desired Skills and Experience
Looking for a detail oriented systems thinker.
* Product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or productivity tools
* Deep Figma expertise and a portfolio that showcases UX depth and visual polish
* Ability to simplify complexity and deliver lovable, usable experiences
* Experience designing AI-driven products is a strong plus
