CGA by NIQ is a global leader in On Premise research, measurement, and consumer research with a service portfolio covering 22 countries. Focused solely on the On Premise channel, we work with the world’s leading beverage brands, providing top-tier research and insights solutions.
Following the CGA acquisition by NielsenIQ in June, ‘CGA by NielsenIQ’ is expanding its On Premise capabilities to new markets worldwide.
Our work helps beverage brands track market trends, benchmark performance, understand customers, activate brand plans, launch new products, and determine product ranges for bars and menus globally.
The Opportunity:
We seek a talented individual to support our global expansion by developing data acquisition strategies and managing data partners, mainly in hospitality technology sectors like POS, Order/Pay apps, and route-to-market players.
You will manage your own portfolio of prospects and existing partners, collaborating with internal teams to maximize success. Your role involves creating partnership plans, developing engagement opportunities, and leveraging skills in account management, strategy, data analysis, and reporting.
You will oversee multiple partnerships, ensure deliverables are met, and monitor partnership success.
The Partnership Manager Role:
2. Identify partnership opportunities through research and industry campaigns
3. Engage with local teams to grow long-term data partnerships
4. Build trust within partner organizations by understanding their industry and objectives
5. Manage legal documentation and sample data specifications
6. Coordinate data testing and assess commercial scope
7. Complete value-assessment documentation to identify service gaps
8. Support negotiation processes and contract preparation
9. Assist in reporting data flow into the business
10. Manage key data partner accounts, ensuring deliverables are achieved
11. Enhance engagement and collaboration with partners
Measurement and KPIs:
12. Quantity and quality of contracted data partners
13. Strong relationships with partner stakeholders
14. Partner satisfaction and retention
15. Effective collaboration within internal teams
16. Active contribution to the Partnership Delivery Team
Key Attributes, Skills, and Experiences:
17. Relevant degree and experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or marketing roles
18. Strong relationship management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
19. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
20. Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
21. Ownership and accountability in operations
22. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
23. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
