Multi-Trader Required – Edinburgh & Surrounding Areas
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join their growing team, working across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work across a variety of domestic properties.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General property maintenance and repairs
2. Basic plumbing works
3. Joinery tasks
4. Painting and decorating
5. Plastering (patch work and minor repairs)
6. Diagnosing and resolving issues within domestic properties
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar role
8. Strong all-round skills across multiple trades
9. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
10. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
11. Full UK driving licence
12. Own transport required for the initial few weeks
