We have the pleasure of partnering with an award-winning global Talent Solutions organisation, specialising in the digital and tech space. The company is looking to hire a Senior L&D candidate, focusing on the operations side of the business, spanning a headcount of around 140. You will design and develop training strategies across the Operations team. Implementing career frameworks, succession planning initiatives, and talent management strategies to support employee growth and retention.
You will LOVE the delivery side of training! Demonstrable experience of delivering training to Senior managers, and be able to offer a unique and memorable approach. Coach and guide team leaders and managers to help them achieve their goals, on a 1:1, small group or via ongoing programmes.
Using the LMS, you will ensure efficient delivery, tracking, and reporting of training activities and be able to deliver performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes.
You will have extensive experience working within L&D, and be comfortable in a role that requires operational delivery, and strategic solutions.
