Here are the qualities and qualifications we're looking for:Essential 1-2 Years of Finance Experience: You have a proven track record in finance, demonstrating your competence and proficiency.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Other Relevant Software: Mastery of Excel and other necessary software is a must for this role.Familiarity with Sage and Xero Accounting Platforms: Experience with Sage and Xero is essential for effective management of financial processes.Thrives in Deadline-Driven Environments: You excel under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering results.Strong Team Player: You collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing positively to our fast-paced environment.Demonstrates Independence and Meticulous Attention to Detail: Your ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in financial processes.Exceptional Communication Skills: Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are outstanding, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Basic Understanding of High-Volume Payroll Processes: Knowledge of payroll processes is necessary for this role.Job Type: Full-timePay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Hebburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Experience:Payroll: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
