We are working with a fantastic company based in Norwich who are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team.
The team are looking for someone with previous Conveyancing experience who can join them and hit the ground running.
Typical duties include:
* Assisting with residential property sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold
* Preparing SDLT returns
* Managing land registration applications
* Updating legal titles for any changes
The successful candidate
* Previous administration experience within conveyancing
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Able to work independently as well and within a team
* Proficient IT skills
