The Royal School, Armagh is seeking to appoint a Study Hall Supervisor to support pupils during timetabled independent study periods, primarily within the Sixth Form.
This role focuses on providing structured, calm and purposeful supervision, promoting effective study habits, high standards of conduct and independent learning in preparation for A Level study and progression beyond school. The successful candidate will monitor attendance, manage low level behaviour, ensure appropriate use of digital devices, and liaise with sixth form staff where concerns arise.
Applicants should be confident, organised and professional, with strong communication skills and an understanding of the academic demands of post 16 study. This is a term time position, Monday to Friday, offering the opportunity to make a positive contribution to the academic culture of a high achieving school.
