We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to act as a key office-based link between our customers and the business. This role is responsible for responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer care in line with our customer commitment.
The role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support the effective day-to-day management of customer accounts and play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
* Handling customer calls in line with agreed schedules and service standards
* Processing documentation accurately and maintaining files and records in accordance with company procedures
* Supporting business growth by identifying opportunities within the existing customer base and arranging appointments where appropriate
* Actioning messages and customer requests promptly and accurately
* Working closely with and providing administrative support to the Customer Service Executives
* Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to support the wider team
