About the Role As a Final Mile Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind service excellence across multiple Delivery Units or one high-volume Super Unit. You’ll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community and key internal teams.This is a role for someone who loves ownership, thrives on accountability, and brings energy and resilience to every challenge. Responsibilities as a Final Mile Territory Manager Own service, cost and performance across your Delivery Unit(s) Ensure consistent, compliant, on-time parcel flow and courier coverage Analyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks Build strong relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams and unions Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations Interested?
