Our team values each voice in building Brsk, and we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Venue Sales Manager to join us at this exciting growth stage.
About The Role
1. Driving sales growth in areas where our network is built, ensuring more customers get installed through Venue/Events.
2. Owning the regional strategy, contributing to sales plans, building market share, and nurturing customer relationships.
3. Collaborating across regions with the Head of Venue Sales and other departments to meet targets.
4. Leading and motivating a team of Venue Sales Executives, coaching them to success and developing future sales stars.
5. Out in the regions weekly, working with your teams, setting standards, and creating new opportunities to grow our brand.
About You
1. A driven, experienced, and ambitious sales leader thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
2. A natural motivator who can inspire, coach, and lead a team to top performance.
3. A strategic thinker and doer—adaptable, organized, and ready to elevate regional success.
4. A collaborative communicator confident across different teams.
5. Venue/Events sales experience with a strong track record of managing and growing teams.
6. Experience in building large teams and working with multiple booking agents nationwide.
7. Telecoms experience is a plus but not essential—sales expertise and leadership are key.
8. Proven overachievement of set targets.
You will split your time working from home and in your region(s), mainly in North England, covering Yorkshire, Lancashire, and Manchester.
Salary
OTE £55,000
