Retail Store Assistant
£12.21 per hour plus benefits

Working hours: Part-time 16 hours per week

We are seeking a motivated store assistant to join our trading team, acting as an ambassador for Cancer Research UK. Your shop will be a community hub where people meet, learn about our work, and see the impact we make.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing excellent customer and supporter service.
2. Working as part of the shop team to meet sales and fundraising goals.
3. Maintaining shop standards, visual presentation, safeguarding, and health and safety compliance.
4. Building relationships with the community and colleagues.
5. Supporting fundraising events to achieve targets.
6. Taking keyholder responsibilities (training provided).
7. Performing manual handling and physical activities as part of daily duties.
What we are looking for:

* Experience in a busy customer service environment.
* Ability to manage workload independently.
* Teamwork skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis, balancing work and personal life.
