Part of the Distribution Centre Management team that provides excellent service to our stores, ensuring customers have great product availability and standards by leading a team of colleagues who feel safe and enjoy working at Tesco, while operating an efficient and compliant operation.

1. Analyze data and information to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
2. Deliver exceptional operational standards and improve ways of working across all areas during my shift.
3. Utilize transport systems to optimize routines and efficiencies.
4. Implement the Transport improvement plan and develop capability where needed.
5. Identify opportunities to enhance transport operation efficiency and performance, engaging and supporting my team to achieve these.
6. Ensure all transport plans, KPIs, and resources are aligned to deliver and sustain improvements while meeting the Distribution Centre's financial targets.
7. Champion change, share ideas, and experiences to achieve results.
8. Participate actively in the Distribution Centre community plan, generating and implementing ideas and encouraging my team to do the same.
9. Lead resource planning activities to ensure all hours are effectively scheduled to service our stores.
10. Support colleagues using our people routines and provide strong leadership.
11. Deliver operational routines and make decisions prioritizing customer needs.
12. Work collaboratively with the Distribution Centre Management team, balancing shared objectives and demonstrating leadership.
13. Analyze data, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
14. Maintain high standards across all operational areas of the Delivery Service function.
15. Manage my team to ensure productivity, coach, support, and address performance issues.
16. Adhere to our Business Code of Conduct and Data Protection Law, acting with integrity and diligence.
