My client, a leading DTC e-commerce brand just got huge investment to scale it's digital team. You'll be joining at the perfect moment - established product, proven revenue, but now with serious capital and a mandate to double the tech team.
This role will sit as the first dedicated QA within the team, reporting directly into the department head. You'll be responsible for setting up automated testing across the product suite (mobile, cross-broswer, internal).
🛠️ Core Stack:
* Python testing (pytest, pytest-Django, pytest-cov, factory patterns)
* Django testing (models, views, forms, ORM, celery)
* Selenium Webdriver / Cypress Automation
* Cross-browser testing (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari)
* Mobile Testing (Responsive design, iOS/Android)
* API Testing (Rest, GraphQL, external API mocking)
* CI/CD integration with Github Actions
* SQL and database testing (PostgreSQL)
* Nice to have: Shopify/eCommerce testing experience
🏗️ What You'll Actually Do
* Build a complete, scalable automated testing foundation by auditing current coverage, identifying gaps, and establishing clear Pytest patterns and best-practice documentation.
* Deliver full-spectrum test automation including unit, integration (Shopify, PrintNode, etc.), end-to-end user journeys, cross-browser, and mobile-responsive test suites.
* Embed quality into the delivery pipeline by integrating automated tests into CI/CD and ensuring every release is validated across critical paths and external dependencies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-spectrum automation QA engineer to implment testing across all products and platforms, helping the team to release new features with peace of mind!
