Salter Grange are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to be part of a high‑performing team on a mission‑critical project in London.
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be joining a Specialist M&E Engineering contractor involved in projects such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centre & Healthcare and be part of a hard‑working ambitious team and you will benefit from a supportive culture, where your ideas and contributions will be recognised.
Senior Mechanical Engineer responsibilities
* Prepare risk assessments, method statements and all aspects relating to Health and Safety on site.
* Liaise with the design team and supply chain to ensure correct operation of the plant on site and successful handover.
* Ensuring that the technical issues are resolved without delay.
* Attend and record regular supply chain meetings to ensure that progress is monitored and maintained within the overall construction programme.
* Monitor and record progress on site against the construction programme.
* Undertake regular meetings with the supply chain to maintain progress and to ensure resources are matched to the construction programme.
Senior Mechanical Engineer Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree Educated
* At least 5 years' experience in a construction management role
* Excellent preconstruction and design experience with all Mechanical Systems
