Since launching unsecured personal loans in June 2017 and becoming the first direct-to-consumer car finance provider in December 2017, we have grown significantly and have ambitious plans for the future.

Please note: this is a hybrid role based in our Cardiff office once per week. Working days are Monday to Saturday, with one in four Saturdays required.
Key Accountabilities
1. Assess applications to ensure they meet product criteria, verifying proof of ID, credit history, income, and affordability in line with company and FCA guidelines to ensure fair outcomes.
2. Complete referrals within personal mandate levels, adhering to quality procedures and policies.
3. Meet KPIs and manage workload within specified timeframes.
4. Make outbound calls to assist with application progress (KYC).
5. Identify potential fraud indicators for referral to the Financial Crime team.
6. Perform other duties as required.
Skills & Experience
1. Strong attention to detail, with excellent literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills.
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
3. Ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
4. Previous experience in a similar financial services role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
5. Experience with fraudulent applications (SIRA/CIFAS) and motor finance underwriting is advantageous.
6. Understanding of the end-to-end customer application process is beneficial.
