Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Drainage Engineer to join our team. This role involves carrying out a wide range of drainage works, attending reactive call-outs, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and delivering high-quality customer service across domestic and commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out drainage investigations, repairs, maintenance, and installations
*
Operate drainage equipment (CCTV survey equipment, jetting units, locators, etc.)
*
Attend emergency call-outs and diagnose drainage issues
*
Complete reports, surveys, and job sheets accurately
*
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations
*
Liaise with clients onsite to provide updates and professional service
*
Travel across Kent, Essex, Dartford, and into London as required
Requirements
*
Proven experience working as a Drainage Engineer (essential)
*
Strong knowledge of drainage systems, fault-finding, and repair techniques
*
Competent using jetting, CCTV, and other drainage equipment
*
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
*
Willingness to travel into London regularly
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Good communication and customer-service skills
*
Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours or emergency work
