Randstad is looking for a patient and empathetic Teaching Assistant to work full-time at a passionate school in Stockport where the emphasis is placed on growing, learning and fulfilling the potential of every child. You'll get to work at a school whose aim is to create a secure and inspiring environment for every child.
Responsibilities:
* Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
* Encourage pupils to interact and work cooperatively with others and engage all pupils in activities.
* Provide feedback to pupils in relation to progress and achievement.
* Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school.
Requirements
* Enhanced child DBS (we can also help you with the process if you don't possess one)
* Experience with children
* Patience to support pupils to understand the teacher's lessons and engage children with activities planned by the teacher.
* Actively work with teachers and parents to chart the development of students.
* Eligibility to work in the UK ( No Sponsorships Provided )
