Our law firm customer is seeking experienced Cyber Lawyers to support their work advising their clients following cyber incidents. Open to lawyers ranging from Associate to Senior Associate level (up to 8+ years’ PQE), with flexibility for more senior candidates who bring deep cyber expertise.
Job Responsibilities
You will focus exclusively on cyber breach response matters, particularly around insurance claims following these incidents.
* The work will include both contentious and advisory elements, such as:Leading and managing end-to-end cyber incident response matters
* Advising insurers on coverage-related cyber issues
* Coordinating with forensic, technical and crisis management stakeholders
* Managing regulatory exposure and strategic response considerations
* Supporting insured clients through high-pressure breach scenarios
* Liaising with global stakeholders across jurisdictions
Key Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in cyber breach response
* Strong cyber security background
* Solid understanding of how insurers respond to cyber incidents and manage claims
* Experience working with insurance carriers or within insurance-focused cyber practices
