An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Associate to join a leading law firm in London. The team handles a wide range of property transactions for private clients globally, as well as working with private banks. They pride themselves on responsiveness and delivering a personalised service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
* Deliver high-quality legal advice with a strong commercial focus.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
* Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters.
* Scope and price work effectively with appropriate supervision.
* Contribute to business development initiatives and networking events.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities within the firm.
The ideal candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with 2–5 years PQE.
* Previous experience in residential property, ideally within the London market.
* Strong client and project management skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* A team player with excellent communication skills.
