3. Develop and maintain a centralised sustainability data and KPI framework to analyse trends, identify anomalies, and produce clear insights for reporting and planning.
4. Provide data‑driven insights to support target setting, performance tracking, and delivery of sustainability and net‑zero initiatives across operations.
5. Coordinate and analyse supplier sustainability data, engaging suppliers to improve data quality, completeness, and performance against emissions reduction goals.
6. Contribute to external sustainability reporting requirements, supporting submissions across UK and global frameworks and maintaining awareness of evolving reporting and compliance standards.
The successful candidate will have:
7. Experience in corporate carbon footprint reporting, including emissions data collection, modelling in line with the GHG Protocol, use of recognised emission factor databases, and support for verification processes.
8. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyse large, complex datasets using data analysis tools and advanced Excel to produce accurate, insightful reporting.
9. Proven ability to manage and interpret sustainability data with a strong focus on accuracy, rigour, and continuous improvement.
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and levels to build strong, cooperative working relationships.
11. Results‑driven, proactive, and collaborative in approach, demonstrating curiosity, openness to new ideas, and a positive mindset when tackling challenges.
