Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to join our team at Alltami, Mold. Reporting to the management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations, statutory compliance, and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and statutory checks.
* Coordinate and schedule routine inspections and testing, including fire safety checks, first aid provisions, and legionella testing.
* Ensure all compliance logs and certificates are up to date and filed correctly.
* Assist with health and safety audits and reporting.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
* Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
* Support internal and external communications as required.
* Work in a manner to ensure personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies.
* Various other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Experience in an office administration role.
* Experience in office compliance and statutory checks. Liaise with landlord (waste, fire and meter readings)
* Operate in accordance to the premises management plan
* Knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and legionella testing procedures.
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
Additional Information
Must be highly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with data
Must be a good time keeper. This job is a full-time role covering office hours from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday
