LEDFlex is seeking a Senior Assembly Technician to join our Winchester team.

Responsibilities:
* Support and lead the assembly team.
* Perform mechanical and electrical assembly according to detailed specifications and established quality standards.
* Conduct tasks such as drilling, cutting aluminum, cable wiring, crimping, and hand soldering.
* Support testing and inspection of electrical products to ensure functionality and compliance.
* Maintain accurate documentation of production output, quality control checks, and inventory levels.
* Collaborate with management to identify and implement opportunities for improving production efficiency.
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and contribute to timely and effective solutions.
* Follow all workplace safety protocols and quality procedures.
* Assist with general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
* Participate in warehouse operations and support logistics as needed.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is required.
* Proficient in mechanical assembly techniques using hand and power tools.
* Skilled in hand soldering and cable preparation.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
* Computer literacy for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
* Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Comfortable performing manual handling tasks and working at height when necessary.
