We have a great opportunity to join us as anAccount Manager. You'llmanage the relationship between your SME Customers and Evri, along with ensuring all aspects of your Evri Business accounts portfolio are managed in a profitable and sales-driven manner. You'll grow Evri SME Business Account volumes in line with or exceeding the SME yearly budget by developing your portfolio of Accounts. In this exciting role you'll develop strong relationships, increase volume opportunityand maximise cross sales of Next Day, International and additional products as they are released, ensuringthat all accounts are trading to or exceed their agreed volume profile.This is a great time to be joining us! * Manage a portfolio of 50- Evri Business Accounts representing a total of 15,-50, Parcels Per Week through conducting regular volume and pricing reviews, ensuring we maximize our share of their shipped volume all in line with the SME department Budget.
* Conduct client visits for commercially valuable accounts in line with the current SME strategy to build and maintain relationships and drive compliance whilst improving the share of their shipped volume.
* Conduct phone calls daily (80% of the role will be conducted over the phone) in line with the call cycle, active promotions, and directorate or Head of Department initiatives and tasks.
* Manage key KPIs for your portfolio of accounts, set out by the Head of the Department through the yearly budget.
* On occasion, work with Marketing teams to support the growth of shipped volume and share of wallet through the implementation of promotions of new services and products, within the SME world.
* Liaise with the New Business sales manager to ensure a smooth transfer of account ownership, ensuring trading to profile, profitability, and SLA metrics are above the required threshold.
* Work closely with depot operations and BA Support to ensure that Clients receive the service they require, and if necessary, implement plans to improve client service offerings.
* Liaise on a daily basis with the van collections team to ensure thesmooth and accurate running of your portfolios of accounts collections.
* Manage and mitigate complaints from your portfolio of accounts and escalate where required to the relevant line manager.
