Working Pattern: Various – Relief Officer Role. Days and Nights, including weekends/BH

Hourly Rate: £13.45
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Relief Officer to join our team.
The Role
* Responsible for the physical security of client premises
* Conduct regular patrols
* Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action
* Enforce access control and verify the identity of individuals on-site
* Provide excellent customer service by assisting and guiding visitors
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities
* Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
* Ensure high standards at all times, maintaining the professional image of ISS
* Undertake induction and training as needed
* Promote a secure and safe working environment at client sites
About You
* Valid SIA licence
* A full UK driving licence is essential due to the location of sites and shift start times
* A fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history
* Proven experience in security or related field
* Strong observational and communication skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights and weekends
