Our client, a well-established residential house builder, is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced labourers who enjoy varied work and want to be part of a growingpany delivering high-quality homes.
Your new role
1. Groundworks including concreting, drainage and trenching
2. Assisting trades such as carpentry, bricklaying, plastering and roofing
3. Painting, decorating and finishing tasks
4. Snagging and ensuring homes are ready for handover
5. What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience in skilled labouring within construction or residential building
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Strong work ethic with attention to detail
9. Valid UK driving licence (essential)
