Job Title: Band 5 Community Nurse
Pay Rates: Competitive Rates
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: 31 October 2025
Shift Pattern: 08:30 – 17:00 on a rota basis (Including some overnight on-calls)
To be considered for the role you must have the following:
* Previous community nursing experience is essential
* Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to own car (no car provided)

* End of life care (including use of syringe drivers)
* Bladder and bowel assessments
