Responsibilities
* Design & Architect Solutions: Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
* Develop & Implement Features: Build and configure ServiceMax modules, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
* Optimize & Innovate: Evaluate new Salesforce/ServiceMax features and third‑party tools to enhance performance and user experience.
* Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and deployment plans.
* Testing & Quality Assurance: Write and execute unit, integration, and regression tests; support UAT and resolve production issues promptly.
About You
To be successful, you’ll need to have/because:
* 5+ years of experience with ServiceMax (including implementation experience).
* Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SFM Design, Flows, and ServiceMax Back‑End Processes.
* Solid understanding of Service Cloud and the ServiceMax data model (customer feedback journey).
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
It would also be helpful if you have:
* Salesforce Platform Developer II or Technical Architect certifications.
* Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
* Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems.
