This team is at the heart of Tesco's transformation, focusing on how we buy and manage products for customers. We aim to simplify and standardize processes across buying and management, creating world-leading technology products supported by top-tier data science.

Your responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Head of Product Management for Product Lifecycle, you will lead a team of talented Product Managers, overseeing complex and strategic UIs and services within the Product portfolio. You will drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution, owning the vision for the Quality area within our Magnetic Value pillar, collaborating with various teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring your team has the necessary skills and resources, setting clear goals and KPIs, managing stakeholder expectations, identifying and removing impediments, and developing talent within your team.
Additional responsibilities include capacity planning, building a high-performing team, conducting performance reviews, and aligning future product demands with strategic priorities.
Minimum requirements:
* Proven success in leading talented product management teams, managing the entire product lifecycle, and achieving measurable success against KPIs
* Experience in capacity planning, stakeholder management, and technical understanding of APIs and UX/UI
* Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, technical architecture, and the impact of technical debt
