What You'll Do
* Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy and real-world applicability
* Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated nursing documentation and care processes
* Provide structured feedback on how well AI outputs align with real nursing workflows and patient safety standards
* Flag clinical inaccuracies, ambiguous terminology, or workflow inefficiencies in AI-generated materials
* Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
* Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands‑on experience in a healthcare setting
* Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
* Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate content critically and provide clear, structured feedback
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
* Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing education
* Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation tasks
* Familiarity with clinical decision support tools or quality improvement initiatives
