Job Role
On behalf of our Financial Services client, we are seeking a Project Manager for an initial 6-month contract based in the bank's London office, adopting a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Purpose of the Role
To support our client with a Faster Onboarding project.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the migration of onboarding tasks from off-system processes to the existing Onboarding Workflow tool.
2. Conduct root cause analysis on current onboarding flows and processes to identify challenges and translate them into Business of Work (BofW) items.
3. Implement existing initiatives across more regions and business flows, such as Project Bolt.
4. Establish Faster governance, including preparing reports, chairing meetings, and tracking actions.
5. Develop a 'faster onboarding' perspective across ongoing CLT and non-CLT changes, including the 'Pre-Profile Completion Transparency' pilot cases, and roll out the new global approach with MI tools.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience as a Project Manager within a commercial or investment bank.
* Previous experience managing projects within KYC and Onboarding teams.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
This client requires workers to operate via a PAYE engagement model.
