The Best Connection are recruiting Refuse Loaders to join our clients growing team based in Burntwood. The role will include going out on rounds collecting refuse, recycling & organic waste. The job is a daily book back and you'll work between 2 to 5 days per week. This is a physical role and will require you to manoeuvre recycling bins & bags and involve walking up to 10 to 15 miles per day. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 05:45 - 16:30. Pay £12.85 Per hour. Induction will be taking place on 21/07/25 Benefits: Long term position. Hourly rate as above (not age dependent) Good rate of pay. Outdoors work. Full training given.
