As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you’ll ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices across Mr Apple and related entities. You’ll be the go-to person for invoice queries, system support, and procurement best practice — helping us maintain financial integrity and keep things running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing: Contacting staff and suppliers to resolve invoice and purchase order queries Ensuring invoices are scanned and mapped into Microsoft Business Central (and Continia) Matching invoices to purchase orders and reviewing coding, GST treatment, and payment dates Reconciling supplier statements and requesting missing invoices Organising and purchasing vehicle RUCs, regos, and labels Providing training and support to Business Central users on invoice and PO processes Supporting procurement initiatives, including preferred use of purchase orders Maintaining vendor master data to ensure contact details are current Filing accounts payable documentation accurately and efficiently What You’ll Bring: Min 3 years previous experience in an Accounts Payable role Efficient, accurate, and timely data entry skills Excellent attention to detail and documentation control Strong organisational skills — able to work independently and collaboratively Clear, confident communication across all levels Solid IT literacy across relevant systems and tools Working knowledge of Business Central and Continia (advantage) What We Offer: A hardworking, future-focused finance team Supportive leadership and collaborative culture Broad exposure and room to grow A workplace that embraces diversity and fresh ideas If you're interested in becoming part of our dynamic team, please indicate in your cover letter which role you are applying for—or let us know if you're open to being considered for both.
