FPSG are working with a market-leading provider of parts and servicing solutions in the wind energy sector — a fast-growing industry built around sustainability and the circular economy.
This is a genuine progression role for an ambitious sales professional who wants to move beyond transactional selling and into strategic Key Account Management.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting and developing a portfolio of key customer accounts
* Building strong relationships with industrial clients and decision-makers
* Identifying upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
* Working closely with senior sales leadership on account strategy
* Tracking performance, pipeline, and forecasting activity
* Gaining exposure to engineering, product, and R&D teams
* Attending industry events and client meetings
What we’re looking for
* 1–3 years’ experience in Inside Sales / SDR / B2B Sales / Junior Account Exec role
* Strong communicator with confidence engaging business customers
* Driven, commercially minded, and motivated to progress
* Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment
* Interest in engineering, energy, or industrial sectors a plus
